Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Cancellation of Membership

Cancellation terms depend on the type of membership:

  • Fixed-Term Memberships:

    Cannot be cancelled during the minimum contract term unless agreed in writing by Dynamic Basketball Ltd.

  • After Minimum Term / Flexi Memberships (Month-to-Month & Week-to-Week):

    Cancellation requires at least 3 business days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

If sufficient notice is not provided, the upcoming payment will be processed and is non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e.g. email).

After Hours Membership Cancellation

For memberships that include After Hours access:

Cancellation is only considered complete when:

  • Written notice has been provided in accordance with the standard cancellation terms, and

  • The issued key tag or access device has been returned to Dynamic Basketball Ltd

If the key tag is not returned:

  • Membership charges may continue until the tag is returned, or

  • A $50 replacement fee may be charged

Failure to return the key tag may delay or invalidate the cancellation.

No Early Termination

Fixed-term memberships must be completed in full.

Early termination is not permitted unless approved at the sole discretion of Dynamic Basketball Ltd.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Membership periods already used

  • Missed sessions or non-attendance

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

  • Injury or inability to attend

  • Expired or unused membership credits

Failure to provide the required cancellation notice will result in the next billing cycle being charged and is not eligible for refund.

Outstanding Payments

Cancellation, expiry, or inactivity of a membership does not remove or reduce any outstanding balance.

All amounts owing remain payable.

New Zealand Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
