Yes. You need to log into the Member Portal and update your payment details to either Stripe (card) or GoCardless (bank). It only takes about 60 seconds.

Your payments will stop processing. Your membership will be paused until you update your details.

Yes. Stripe and GoCardless are global leaders in secure payment processing. All details are encrypted — we never see or store your card/bank info directly.

Yes. GoCardless offers direct debit from your bank account. If you prefer to pay with card, use Stripe.
