  • Yes. You need to log into the Member Portal and update your payment details to either Stripe (card) or GoCardless (bank). It only takes about 60 seconds.

  • Your payments will stop processing. Your membership will be paused until you update your details.

  • Yes. Stripe and GoCardless are global leaders in secure payment processing. All details are encrypted — we never see or store your card/bank info directly.

  • Yes. GoCardless offers direct debit from your bank account. If you prefer to pay with card, use Stripe.

  • No, your membership fees stay the same.
